Bodywork Designed Around Your Horse

I don't just want to find where your horse is tight. I want to understand why that tension is there and why it may keep coming back. My work focuses on deep tension, nervous-system-led release and the patterns that can affect how your horse feels, moves, stands and uses their body. Rather than forcing change, I work with what your horse's body is ready to release, then use what their body shows me to help determine what support may be helpful next.

RELEASE - Initial Bodywork & Assessment

$165·

Every new horse begins with an Initial bodywork and assessment. The first session gives Renee the opportunity to look at the whole horse - posture, movement and tension - while beginning the bodywork process. Rather than simply working where your horse feels tight, Renee looks at how your horse is using their body, where they may be holding unnecessary tension and how their body responds as the tension begins to release.

  • 60 - 120 minute deep tension, nervous-system-led bodywork
  • Whole horse approach to tension and restriction
  • Posture and movement evaluation
  • Personalized recommendations based on your horse's needs
  • A written assessment report

Some horses may benefit from additional RELEASE sessions. As the body processes the work, patterns can change and other areas may become apparent, allowing each session to build on the last.

I have an older horse with old injuries that was struggling to move. Even after one deep tension/nervous system release session, she was significantly better. She's more mobile, acts more youthful and perks up when she sees Renee.

MAINTAIN

$349 - $499/month·

For horses who benefit from regular support to stay comfortable, moving well and ready for the demands of everyday life, work and training. MAINTAIN combines bodywork, PEMF therapy and exercises tailored to your horse to help address tension as it develops, support more balanced movement and posture and build on the progress your horse has already made.

  • Regularly scheduled sessions
  • Ongoing assessment
  • Nervous system led bodywork + PEMF
  • Priority scheduling
  • Individualized exercises to support your horse between sessions
I saw noticeable change in movement, behavior and my horse's locking stifles after 3 sessions, with continued improvement over the next several months. It's easy to think our horse is just moody, but Renee helped me realize there was significant tension behind what I was seeing.
