Your horse's needs don't stay the same. Training, workload, and everyday life all influence how they move, where they hold tension, and how their body feels. MAINTAIN provides regularly scheduled bodywork and PEMF therapy to help address tension as it develops, support more balanced movement, and continue building on the progress you've already made. You'll also receive exercise recommendations tailored to your horse, so you have simple ways to support their body between sessions.
What Each Session Includes
Bodywork
60–120 minutes of nervous system-led, deep tension bodywork tailored to what your horse's body is showing us.
PEMF Therapy
60-minute full-body sessions that include the legs and/or any areas needing extra attention.
Personalized Exercises & Stretches
Tailored movement exercises and stretches you can do between sessions to support your horse's progress and keep their body feeling its best.

Active Support
$499/month
Additional support for horses with a higher workload, performance schedule, or those who would benefit from more frequent PEMF between bodywork sessions.

- 2 full-body PEMF sessions each month (60 min each)
- 1 kinesiology taping per month
- Regular assessment of posture, movement, and tension
- Personalized exercises/stretches to support your horse between sessions
